Bodies In Motion SC will provide certified fitness instructors to conduct classes at your location. The frequency and nature of these classes will be tailored to your needs.
Classes include:

- Endurance Training
Each session will include the five components of fitness—strength, endurance, speed, flexibility and body composition.
Each month will include a nutrition class taught by Joey Mock, RD, LD at your location.
